Energy medicine is the art and practice of working with the body’s subtle energy systems to restore balance, release blockages, and awaken vitality. Just as the body has blood vessels and nerves, it also carries an energetic anatomy — chakras, meridians, auric layers — that influences how we feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

When stress, trauma, or old patterns create stagnation, this energy can become “stuck.” Energy medicine helps to clear what no longer serves, strengthen the flow of life force, and reconnect you to your natural state of wholeness.

In a session, I may use techniques such as guided visualization, intuitive scanning, ancestral clearing, and chakra and meridian clearing to clear energies and old blueprints. Every session is unique, meeting you exactly where you are.
